Verification Audit
Tailored for providers delivering lower-risk or lower-complexity supports and services in adherence to NDIS Practice Standards. - Relevant qualifications
- Expertise and experience

- Incident management processes/policies
- Complaints management processes/policies
Feel free to reach out to us to initiate a verification audit and ensure compliance with NDIS standards.
Provisional audit
This audit is performed as a single on-site audit for newly providers who have established management systems and procedures to deliver NDIS supports and services of higher risk or complexity but have not yet commenced NDIS support and service delivery.
During the Provisional certification audit process, providers are assessed against the NDIS Practice Standards, comprising assessment of both the core module and any relevant supplementary modules applicable to their specific support and service deliveries.
The Provisional audit assessment encompasses core competencies including:
- Governance and operational management
- Risk management
- Delivery of support
- The delivery environment
However, NDIS providers providing services and supports within the High-Intensity Daily Personal Activities registration group (0104) will undergo audits against the High-Intensity Support Skills descriptors.
You are welcome to contact us to complete your provisional audit. Our thorough provisional audit process comprises document reviews, on-site visits, and interviews with key personnel, and workers to ensure thorough evaluation and compliance to NDIS Practice Standards.

Mid-term audits
NDIS-registered providers delivering more intricate and high-risk supports and services, which require certification audits, are obliged to undergo mid-term audits in line with the NDIS Practice Standards prerequisites for sustained certification of their registration.
The mid-term audit entails further scrutiny of documents, on-site visits, and interviews involving NDIS participants, key personnel, and workers. Typically starting within eighteen (18) months from the start of the registration period, the mid-term audit context encompasses NDIS Practice Standards pertinent to the registered provider, including:
- Governance and operational management
- Any previously assessed standards requiring corrective action plans
- Any additional NDIS Practice Standards specified by the Commissioner in writing
Feel free to get in touch with us to facilitate your mid-term audit process.
Out Of Cycle Audit
Envisages scenario wherein your scheduled audit is not yet due. This means that you have the option to enlist our services and request an out-of-cycle variation audit to bolster your registration application with the NDIS Commission.
This scenario may arise if you have expanded your support and service deliveries to NDIS Participants and intend to augment your existing registration groups. To proceed, you will need to complete the NDIS Commission’s “application for variation of registration” form and submit it to the NDIS Commission registration team.
Furthermore, if you are a newly registered provider and the NDIS Commissioner mandates a supplementary stage two quality audit for the remaining elements of the certification audit in any support and service classes requiring certification audit, you can engage us to conduct an out-of-cycle audit. Feel free to reach out to us to initiate the process.
